Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy sets out the conditions under which JUBI DOO Skopje exchanges or returns products ordered by customers, as well as the time limits for doing so. The Refund and Returns Policy applies only to products purchased through the JUBI DOO Skopje website (www.yoobie.mk).

Products are returned or exchanged only under the terms and conditions set out here. JUBI DOO Skopje is not responsible for or exchanges products upon receipt of the shipment, if the product is not in its original packaging or has been used.

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the ordered/purchased product in accordance with the terms and conditions set out here.

All products purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt of the shipment, provided that the product(s) are in the original delivered condition, unopened and unused.

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the products in the following cases:

• A product has been delivered to you in a different color or a product that you did not order.
• The delivered product does not match the product description on the Website.
• A product has been delivered that has visible errors or damage.

Each Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt, to check for any damage during transport, whether the delivered product matches the order and to determine in the presence of the delivery person that the products are in good condition.

If the product(s) are defective, the Buyer should immediately notify the delivery person and contact us at yoobie.mk@gmail.com. In this case, the costs for replacing the product will not be borne by the Buyer. If the entire return or exchange process is not completed within 15 days after receipt of the shipment, the Buyer also loses the right to claim.

In case the Buyer requests a refund, this can be done only if the product is returned unused and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase and receipt of the shipment within a period of 15 days after receipt of the shipment. The funds will be transferred to a bank account specified by the Buyer.

JUBI DOO Skopje, reserves the right to change the Refund and Returns Policy without prior notice and at any time, and the changes come into force upon their publication on the website. We recommend that you visit the Policy for return or exchange of products more often to be up to date with any possible changes made to it.
