Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to the shipping of products ordered online, whereby the products will be shipped via a delivery service selected by JUBI DOO Skopje, to the address specified in the order under the following conditions:

Purchases through our website can be made from any location, but shipping is only carried out only on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.

The products are shipped to the address specified for delivery by the buyer and within 2-5 business days from the moment of confirmation for the order. In accordance with our capabilities, the product will be delivered to you as soon as possible. JUBI DOO-Skopje reserves the right to extend the delivery period in a prior agreement with the buyer.

If the order is placed after 2 pm, it will be processed the next business day and once confirmation of the successful transaction is received, the delivery period begins.

Delivery is carried out through external partners and delivery costs are included in the final price when ordering. For orders over 2000 MKD, the delivery is free.

Before the product is delivered, the buyer will be contacted by phone, at the phone number provided, to confirm the date and time of delivery. If the delivery person for this type of delivery fails to find the buyer or the person specified to receive the order at the specified delivery address, written information will be left with the buyer about the attempted delivery and contact information, where the buyer is obliged to contact them within 2 business days, in order to re-arrange a time for delivery of the order to the buyer’s address.

The product(s) are packaged in appropriate bags to protect against possible damage and are insured against loss or damage during transport.

Upon receipt of the product(s), you are required to inspect them and immediately report any external damage to the product(s).
